Colour code

The birds of this project have 6 rings. Two on each lower leg. One of the rings is a metal ring that is part of the code.

The color code consists of 7 consecutive elements:

1. the letter of the colour of the upper ring on the left leg
2. the letter of the colour of the middle ring on the left leg
3. the letter of the colour of the lower ring on the left leg
4. a slash ("/")
5. the letter of the colour of the upper ring on the right leg
6. the letter of the colour of the middle ring on the right leg
7. the letter of the colour of the lower ring on the right leg

Example BMW/WBB. This bird has a dark blue ring, a metal ring and a white ring around its left upper leg from top to bottom. Around its right upper leg, there is a white ring and two dark blue rings from top to bottom.
