Research into willow tits is being carried out in various willow forests (cut osier beds, osier beds and softwood willow forests) in the Biesbosch and along the Oude Maas. Various population variables are being studied using colour rings. The willow tits along the Oude Maas have the metal ring on the left, and those in the Biesbosch on the right.
